• Volunteered at the Southern Oregon Humane Society.• Experienced in the Photoshop, and Word processing applications, having taken two in depth classes on them.
• Proven ability to lead others, and work well with large groups of peers. Coordinated, and participated in the building, developing, and presentation of a business plan, spreadsheet, and logo design to a panel of experts. These experts being business owners in the Rogue Valley.
• Secured a 3.89 GPA in my first two years of High School.
• Exceed in Mathematics, currently taking Pre Calculus as a junior. As well as currently taking my second year of Spanish.
Short term goals-
I want to get to DECA Nationals as a junior. I am planning on working extra hard, practicing with a teammate, and pretty much dedicating my free time to DECA until nationals. DECA nationals happens end of April in Louisville Kentucky. But the preparation starts now.
My next short term goal is for my hunting hobby. My goal this year is to get a deer with my bow. I have never shot anything with my bow and have a goal set for doing it this year. The season is through November. -Accomplished as of November 14, 2009.
Mid term goals-
My main mid term goal is to graduate Crater High School in May of 2011 with a 3.80 GPA or higher. Right now I have a 3.86. To get this goal I will need to do what I do best, and complete all the assignments in each class with a very high standard. I look at my grades everyday, and seeing anything lower than A’s makes me concentrate hard, and do my work.
My second mid term goal is to go to college. I have not decided what college I want to go to, but I would like to go and take the required firefighter classes and become a firefighter. This would happen in the fall of 2011. I plan on continuing my high grades, and my extra curricular activities so I can get in to the college of my choice.
Long term goals-
My major long term goal is to become a firefighter and work for a local fire department. Eventually becoming a fire chief. This would give me a great life, with great benefits, and good pay. This provides my family, and I with a great life.
My other long term goal is to find the love of my life and settle down in a nice house with a white picket fence, a two car garage, 2 kids and a puppy. And live happily ever after.
