Our daily agenda will be listed using the accordion steps below. You will find an outline of what we did in class, links to any important websites or visual aides, as well as links to any handouts recieved during the class period.

 

As stated in class, if you miss a class period it is your responsiblity to look at the daily agenda and make up the appropriate work before the next class period.

    • 2nd period: talk for 5 minutes in groups of 3 about CP then trade groups
    • 5th period: talk for 2 minutes (each topic) with a partner about your favorite tv show, animal, car, music and sport
  3. 2nd period: hand out and correct exams
  4. HW: 2nd period only, brainstorm 20 food items (you can use a dictionary) that you like or dislike

    • Listen to your oral exam (P:\handouts\BIS\Siemer\Oral Proficiency Exams\2010-2011\Spanish 2) (at least twice) from September. Answer the following questions on a paper to be handed in to Siemer in class today:
      1. Notes during listening.
      2. Has your communicative capability changed? If so, in what way? If not, why not?
      3. What errors did you hear in your exam?
      4. How would you improve your exam? What would you add? What would you correct? What would you do differently?
      5. When you retake this exam in May, how will you demonstrate improvement
    • List the animals as new vocabulary in your composition book
    • With a partner, practice using the regular verbs from our vocabulary list, the general irregular verbs (you can use more advanced irregular verbs if you're comfortable with them), and the useful words. Use all words at least one time in your conversation. See reference page @ (regular/irregular/useful)
    • Working with a partner, create a list of the top 10 foods that you like and dislike. You may use a dictionary or Word Reference. Be ready to share tomorrow. (list in composition book)
    • 5th period only: Correct your A-G conjugation exam part 3 in your composition book and return the exam to me
    • Complete at least 50 free rice vocab words in Spanish OR 20 verbs you'd like to practice in Spaleon (list in composition book)
  3. Homework - anything you did not complete in class
