  2. Bring an adult – i.e. a family member, business owner, community member – someone who has an interest in what we do
  3. Present your portfolio to the person you bring by covering the following:
    • Introduce the concept of the portfolio
      • Explain why you think a professional portfolio is an essential tool for students and how it can be used in soliciting a job
    • Summarize the content in your pages and explain what you learned from each — i.e. a resume needs to pass a ten-second scan, U of O offers an excellent business program, and Microsoft has an excellent benefit package.
    • Explain the skills you learned to design your portfolio
    • Describe the challenges you faced in designing your portfolio
  4. Write this in a word document and send it to me as an attachment for the extra credit
