process. She describes the engagement
of staff members, the creative ways
they found time to plan, and the structures
they used to facilitate change. In addition,
she discusses the structures, challenges,
and successes of engaging the community
in the redesign process. In the final
clip, Deborah Meier reflects on the
challenge of fostering teacher ownership
in a system that historically has not
valued such ownership.
